People are moving in now. It has been changed from U/C to Built in the database. This is pretty much wrapped up, except for those darn balconies...

Agreed, there is still a portion of the lobby on the yonge side boarded
up with plywood.

I've heard there have been issues with windows, and some
are or were covered with plywood.

The view from sumerhill, really exensuates the height, the building humilartes The Bay, and dwarfs CIBC, Manulife and even the slightly
closer 4 seasons. And yet, across the street will stand head and shoulders still higher. It remains to be experienced, wh kind of wind tunnel
effects there maybe on the ground.

I' looking forward to seeing 1 Bloor West go up.

When I passed by this building earlier, their were ads exclaiming of the new retail coming in. Forgot who exactly but it sounds interesting.
