Indeed! I drive down that stretch of Ptree regularly. It's almost like they made an invisible building visible. And they didn't try to cover up
its 60's essence. Well done.

The views from the west get a much better picture of all the development in MIdtown. Viewing from the east, you're pretty much limited 10th street and above, Downtown, BoA Plaza, and the tops of just a few developments in-between.

Could it be time to create a thread for 195 13th Street? Someone reported that Lennar recently closed on the land, and that all of the tenants of the existing buildings have moved out.

Hopefully Lennar will start demolishing the buildings and begin land work soon.

One Museum Place is one of the rare iconic midrises that has been built this cycle. Such a sharp looking development right across from the High.

Any update on the proposed SLS Hotel & Residences? It's one of my favorite Atlanta proposals but I haven't heard anything about it in a while.

A demolition permit was filed in November but has yet to be issued, presumably because there are still tenants living there. I believe once they move, it will begin moving along again.

A little late on the AC/Moxy project but they're really getting going on the earth-moving for this now. Right next door to the Four Seasons. Wonder if they will give people a discount during noisy construction?
