See New Photos of LIC's Hayden as Grand Opening Approaches; Mid-February Occupancy Expected
February 3, 2017
Quote:
The Hayden (43-25 Hunter Street) is next to Rafferty Triangle and shares the intersection with the 50-story Citigroup building at One Court Square (built in 1989) and the 15-story 2 Court Square (built in 2006). A 2001 rezoning meant to transform parts of the neighborhood to a mixed-use community has done just that. Several residential high-rises have opened over the past few years or are under construction. The Hayden is only one of the latest.
