CTV because of Chopper 9! I flip around though. I really like the team of GLoria and Ian on CBC as well.

I voted Global, but I should've voted CTV... two words... Tamara Taggart.

Global One has so many technical problems that their copter is just a joke. I feel so bad for the ladies that report....they try their best but CTV has it down to a science.

I can't break my Tony Parsnips habit.

And I like when Squire makes Deb Hope weep tears of hysteria during Satellite Debris. "Oh, Squire!..."

Prepare to be slightly creeped out by this guy's fan site:

Yeah, Global does a better newscast, but what's up with Global One? It is totally out-classed by Chopper 9. And why do we only see Global One in the morning? Are they merely renting the helicopter in the mornings?

I agree -- the chopper girls are trying their best, but the project is dragged down by technical difficulties and poor program format.

WTF? A Jill Krop fan site? That is so creepy.

I like Global I think the people are more interesting, but I sometimes watch CTV I like their helicopter better.

Why isn't CityTV or Channel M on here? Not that I would have voted for them I am just curious to see how they would do.

I would say Global is the best station. The anchors' chemistry at CTV looks and sounds forced more often than not, where the ones at Global seem like they genuinely like each other.

Global for me. Global seems more fun and laid-back, especially with Squire's comedic commentary. Plus, Randene Neil is hot.

I voted Global... best newscast, it's fun but yet professional (that's why they won so many awards). Note: Global National is also in Vancouver for those of you who don't know. But what's wrong with their Global 1 chopper right now...? I heard it's having problems. Sometimes in the morning or evening, it's not there and they do these studio or on-ground reports instead. What's happening with it?

I don't really like CTV. They make a BIG DEAL of everything. Like their Canucks reports. Yes I'm a big fan too. But I don't need three people at BC Place telling me what's happening from their angle. So boring... Their weather reports are better than Global better (consistent seven day forecast unlike global with four day, five day, and seven day).
