I don't know where he got all those numbers from but Emporis has many of them in their building facts section at; http://www.emporis.com/en/wm/bu/?id=...ncouver-canada

That certainly explains why the building is listed as being taller than it is, but why they ever measured it from the train tracks is a mystery to me. Aren't buildings usually measured from the main entrance?

Getting the correct height for this building is almost as much of a nightmare as getting the correct height for it's space needle-like twin, the Harbour Centre
