About that palm tree, I believe I saw some in Chelsea also outside some townhomes.

palm trees are quite common, the cliche of choice from suburban garden centres across the country ever since us Brits jetted of to Spain in the 70s, and decided to recreate a little piece of he Costa del Sol but without the booze and concrete. Olive /orange trees tho' are now becoming the 'exotic' addition to every forecourt, cafe and city garden.
We dont like to admit it but we have a total love affair going with Spain.
