What a surprise to see a missing cat flyer in English in Montreal as everyone knows English is banned in Montreal and the whole province. If the cat to be found and detained by French speakings what they are gonna do to him/her?

Why trolling? John himself is probably English-speaking, while a local.

You may be upset to realize that the Paris Metro and RER can speak Spanish, German, Italian and Japanese, not just English these days.

Montreal's character never changes. That would hold true considering it's an old city. I grew up near Montreal and my sister went to McGill. From some angles it's becoming unrecognizable.
