I hope we get some architectural diversity in LIC soon. It's beginning to resemble Austin in all its boxy glory.

Pic by me. Taken 6/15/17

Can see 43-22 Queens in the distance. Making a big impact on the skyline. Right next to the exit 16 sign. Directly to the left of the "16" marking. We can also see Tishmans LIC towers and all the way to the right, 29-26 Northern Boulevard. Left of 43-22 Queens, 5 pointz can be seen.

All the way to the left. We can see that the glass facade is almost topped out.

Facade work finished at Rockrose’s Eagle Loft at 43-22 Queens Street

Quote:
We last checked in on Rockrose’s 43-22 Queens Street Eagle Loft project in July when the building was topped out and facade work was well under way. When we stopped by last week, we saw that facade work has finished, as seen in the photo below. On-site signage calls for a Fall, 2017 delivery.

Permits were approved on the project on April 1, with permits calling for 587,860 square feet of residential space, 34,477 square feet of commercial space, and a 54 story tower with 783 units.

Signage appears for Rockrose’s Eagle Loft at 43-22 Queens Street

Quote:
We last checked in on Rockrose’s 43-22 Queens Street Eagle Loft project in August when the building had just completed facade work. When we stopped by last week, we saw that signage has appeared for the building, as seen in the photo below. Check out more on the building on its website, which will eventually have availabilities for studios through 2 bedrooms.

Permits call for 587,860 square feet of residential space, 34,477 square feet of commercial space, and a 54 story tower with 783 units.
