Someone will likely put a 4 level condo with some form or retail or parking on the ground level. Then they'll apply some irrelevant pretensious name to it. I used to rent movies from West Coast, when my wife was my gf, and living at her mom's place not too far from there. Loved that vintage 80's/90's video store look and feel, combined with the smell of popcorn that was still made with lard...

Warning; this post is not a continuation of the Bank street abandoned building posts, just a random unrelated question.

I figure the abandoned Ogilvy Department Store is a steel structure since it was expanded multiple times in its first 30 years (steel is the easiest to add on to and a popular building material in the early 20th century), could anyone confirm my assumption?
