GUADALAJARA | Torre Cube II | 410 Ft / 125 M | 28 FLOORS

TORRE CUBE II

Height: 410 FT / 125 M
Floors: 28 (3 top floors seems doubleheight) + 7 underground
Floor space: around 500m2 per floor.
Architect: Carme Pinós (Spain) http://www.cpinos.com/

Lot: 2,633 m2.
Parking: 7 underground floors (480 car spaces).
Lifts: 7 high speed.

This is the only render we have seen yet. The tower will be covered by aluminium, as long as i understood from the interview. And is going to be put in a diagonal shape, to make the effect of going up, as the model shows.

and this is the multi award winner, TORRE CUBE I, from the same developer and the same Architect, wich tower was the first to settle on this new area of the city. Honestly, for me, is the best designed tower in town, beautifull.
