CALIFORNIA/One Broadway plaza/37 stories???

Hello, I'm a student in fire technology learning about Building construction, Codes , etc. My group has a project on the one broadway plaza highrise that has not been built yet. Its suppose to be 37 stories (tallest in Orange County). What are some key important factors to know or find out on this building. Any quick outline would be amazing. Please help!

Are you talking about the building that was proposed for Santa Ana about 6-7 years ago?

The only thing I seem to recall was that it was about 540ft tall or so. I'm fairly certain there was a rendering and some articles from the Orange County Register on here, but they've likely been pruned since they are so old.
