Only four towers are anywhere near being done. The cut-off will continue to trend upwards.

Don't forget that Trump, Shangri-La and the Four Seasons soon being off the top 10 will shift everything in this list up as well.

I just realized, Parade is no longer on this list. - Has to go to the construction thread from here on in.

I'm not sure what you're implying here. Is Trump not, at most, a few months away from completion?

Wow, it's amazing how much something as small as a bridge can drastically improve how CityPlace looks.. It looks fantastic in that shot!

Sarcasm. It has taken them more than three months to clad the mechanical penthouse. There also isn't another person that want this tower off the list more than I do.

Yes, it's always an improvement when two amorphous spandrel blobs become one.

At least Concord Pacific has made an effort for once. Time to send this company packing back out west, you can keep them dleung. Still obsessed I see. I can stay away from the site for weeks and you still spew out the same crap over and over, nothing ever changes for you does it?

I'd hate to see another Cityplace in the downtown area but, there is certainly room for Concord to do some infill here and there. They have free reign in the burbs though.

The materials are a letdown from artistic impressions however, calling Parade a bunch of amorphous spandrel blobs is ridiculous.

I was serious. The bridge helps a lot, but mostly because making the towers one entity takes away some of the monotony. Which cityplace tower did u think was more spandrelly and amorphous than these? I can think of only 2 on this side of Spadina.

Nice to see Andrew's been lurking. He should lurk the Vancouver section one of these days, get those conspiracy theories out of his head
