FCP, a class AA office tower with 3 million square feet doesn't gross close to half that much a day. Profits from a 400,000 square foot condo tower would yield and fraction of what FCP grosses a day during the time ground is broken and the purchases close.
Eventually, this site will be redeveloped. Maybe Hooters will be involved. It may be a while. The Entertainment District is chock full of sites to develop and there's a ton of inventory to unload.
