Hopefully they can use the wet days to focus on interior work, since most of the major buildings all have a roof now. The dirt work and asphalt obviously has to wait out the wet times.

Even if it's an overall wet year, there should be a good stretch of dry weather in the hottest summer months. Plus the longer days will help.
