It seems this tower is in a death-race with the CP Tower now. But I think this one should rise faster. We'll see.

The excitement factor is high with this one. Can't wait for the other masterpiece called 9 Dekalb to pick up speed.

A couple of Gems that will rise in major skyscraper nodes:

1) 111 W 57th
2) 9 DeKalb
3) 45 Broad

All three in Lower, Midtown, and DoBro respectively. All skyline defining towers for their neighbourhood node.

For JC:

1) 99 Hudson

... and for LIC, a new tallest is in the works.
