its not on the strip, its on fashion show drive

its a condo tower and most condo towers are built the same way. It came out better than the renders and it does look good at night especially with the full lighting, other condo towers in vegas such as sky, turnberry disappear at night

on the subject of trump, his chicago building is a really really nice and much nicer than the overhyped giant dildo (i mean spire )

i love the look of the trump tower too. how many cities will u find a building that is all gold? plus it's modern, and all glass. And it's tall!!!!

The renderings for the approved trump hotel in new orleans are also amazing.

I'm disappointed with the way the lighting turned out on Trump, it doesn't look as good as in person. I must say for a project that I have never been a huge fan of, the effect of the light reflecting off of the building and creating a gold glow on the things below is pretty cool.

Allure II

The Las Vegas Planning Commission will hear a proposal for the second Allure Tower on February 14.
The second tower will be totally different from the first. Tower II will be a 72-story, 795 foot, 1,300-room
hotel tower with a casino.

^Ewh.

I prefer the original Twin Towered Allure, Now the Allure Towers will look rediculous together.

i always wondered why there were windows on the elevator core. But yet in scott g's first photos it seems they are also painted over
at the very top of the building and not fake, very strange

i am sure all will be revealed soon

look at the photos back on page 182. the first floors never had windows for the elevator shaft. and those two black rectangular shapes below the first window were already there.

Reading through the pdf, it looks like the new Allure tower will have a restaurant at the top.

looking at those cosmo pictures. for some reason i was under the impression that both towers were going to be steal. but from the looks of it, they're going to be concrete. maybe i got it confused w/ the rest of the building.

also, the arm cranes for the concrete hoses on top of the buildings. is that the way they always do it? i always thought they had a concrete pump truck they kept on the roof.

I though they were always there...? That is where a low-rise bank of elevators drops out and rooms are above..

Pinnacle Towers

The Pinnacle Las Vegas project is now facing a class action lawsuit from buyers
who are getting tired of waiting for the project to begin construction.
