Technically, this puppy still has about ~10 feet to go to T/O, as the cladding will come to a point above the current structural steel flat top...

It's near perfection. Nouvel was so right when he discussed how the tapering spire shape would compliment the surrounding flat, bulkier towers rather than compete with them.

My favorite tower that has gone up this cycle! Love how the gold and silver ombre turned out - so chic.
