Despite being skinny, Vista is definitely having more impact than I expected it to have.

Probably not from Harlem - but from Ridgeland it will be.

No doubt. In 2006 there was nothing tall in that shot. It's bonkers.

It's actually astounding how little would be in that shot if you just took us back to 2006... It doesn't feel that way until you really think about it.

Visually I can't see much of anything, but I think he's saying this since the 83rd or 84th floor(which is where the building is now) are where the blowthroughs are. I guess we'll know in a few weeks for sure

I was in Chicago this past weekend and took some photos:

Nov 10, from inside the Field Museum:

Nov 11 (from this angle the building looked shorter than expected):

Not sure, I've seen everything from 93 to 101 as the floor count for this thing.

The core seems to be 1000' atm (leaving 190') so I'd say closer to 100 floors.

Looking at the most recent rendering it looks like they are at the blow thru floor. With eight regular floors, two mechanical floors, two extra tall floors plus the blow thru level left.

The core is above 1000' at this point. It hit that point at about 8 floors above the last setback.

There are 12 floors per frustrum including blow through floors with the exception of the top frustrum which I believe has 11 floors and a parapet
