I like it, but not so much the unaligned balconies, which remind me of the Cantlie hotel on Sherbrooke (I always mentally shuffle the misaligned balconies for harmony).

M9 Phase 4 will be absolutely incredible. I'm kind of lukewarm on phase 3 though.

I agree. Unused rooftops are wasted ressources. Hopefully, it will be possible to do shomething with thoses in the future.

Same here. There is a model of the project at Dev McGill. Phase 4 is the focal point of the whole project. It'll help urbanize what will become Blvd Université or Bonaventure.
