Demolition has started. A nice dent made. I snapped a few pics on my phone. Still haven't tried to figure on the complicated pic posting steps (wish you could just attach a pic saved on your laptop). I promise I will soon. I owe it to the forum. If someone wants to PM me their email, I'll shoot them to you for posting.

And here they are:

There were a few others, all from the same angle. All can be seen here.

Hunter roberts is really cleaning up these days on landing these hi-rise projects. They are doing 1919 and the broad and chestnut residential conversion plus they had the drexel project.

Gee, I'm glad I'm not alone. I have that problem too. I tried copy and paste, that's a no go. I have a pretty decent I-Phone with a really terrific camera, and I've taken some shots around the city, but I develop brain farts when it comes to posting them here. I think you need an account on flicker, or other sites where you can post & transfer the pics from. Inserting links isn't a problem. That was pretty easy. But, In the meantime, I do know how to post funny faces

Do you think anyone would be able/willing to make a diagram of this building? I feel as if the Philly diagram is still empty with new construction.

I posted requests for this and WElement in the appropriate forum. Maybe someone will take up the cause.

Are there any elevation views available? The one perspective shot is too deceiving to use as the basis for a good digaram.

This is how I am interpreting the West facade. Is that right?

No, but I can see why you'd think that. The angled set back in your sketch is just an artifact of the exaggerated perspective of the rendering artist.

The final building should stick to true verticals and horizontals like in the massing and floor use diagram in the post above yours.

Thanks. It really is a warped perspective. I do wish the massing was done that way, though. Okay, I'll make a diagram of this when I get time.

No. It's all right angles, but there are some overhangs. (I like your idea better, though). I posted a diagram for you above that shows the building from the west at elevation. Good luck!
