Construction Updates

Under Construction

■Nakanoshima Festival Tower 198.96 m 39 f & 200.0 m 42 f
Construction has began in January 2010.

The eastern of the structure is to be completd in October 2012
and western part in 2018.
Building Uses:office, hotel, festival hall and retail.



■Abenobashi Terminal Building 300.0 m 62 f
Construction has began in January 2010.
Will finish in 2014.
Building Uses:kintetsu department store, office, hotel and museum.

That Abenobashi tower is gorgeous!

Also this might sound a bit goofy, but that last picture looks a lot like a city in the midwestern states. But with way more density, gotta love the density!

I would like to visit in the midwestern states.

Abenobashi Terminal Building will be the tallest struture in Japan.
The design comes from the drawing boads of Ceser Pelli and associate.

Construction Updates

Redevelopment of Osaka Station North district 24 hactares.
Last remaining larege-scale site for urban redevelopment
in osaka city center.

Stage One-Primary development area approx 7 hactares.
Construction is scheduled to begin in March 30,2010.

A Block 179.5 m 38 f Office, Retail
B Block South Tower 175.3 m 38 f Office, Retail
B Block North tower 154 m 33 f Hotel
C Block 174.2 m 48 f Residential

Stage Two is planning(17 hactares).

many great developements in osaka and Abenobashi Terminal Building is a very good building design glad to see it rise.

and that terminal roof overhang is just mind blowingly large

Abenobashi Terminal Building the design comes from the darwing
boards of Cesar Pelli and Associtates Japan.
Conatruction begun in January 2010, and scheduled to be completed
in 2014.
The tallest building in Japan.
