Winnipeg Humane Society (LEED Gold)

i posted this in the Canada section , but i thought it might belong here too.

i was lucky enough to be the lead designer for the new Winnipeg Humane Society that just opened a couple of weeks ago.....we have submitted for LEED Gold certification.....it will be the first LEED certified animal shelter in Canada.

forgive me for all the photos...im a bit of a proud papa right now.

It's pretty sweet. Love the way you have allowed for the place to be naturally lit. And dare I say it, if I had to place my finger on what constitutes as a very "Canadian" design, this would be a fine example.
