Winkler-Morden Thread
For discussion in regards to the booming area of Winkler-Morden which I have read has 30000 people in the area.
Edit: Or maybe the mods can change this to the "Other Manitoba cities" thread so that Brandon, Thompson, Steinbach, and all other Manitoba cities around 10,000 people can have a thread devoted to them like Alberta does.
