Renting in New Condo Developments - Surrey

Hi everyone,

I've been casually stalking the new builds in Surrey for the past year on Skyscrapper. They all seem like cool places to live in, and I am interested in renting in one of these buildings, especially Alumni (University District 2) or Park Avenue (King George).

Given the current market prices, what do you think would be a reasonable amount for a 1 bedroom? Do you recommend that I go with property management companies or individual owners?

Looking forward to your responses!

Check CL but 1 BR for $1100-1200 seem about right

There are some new or near completion presales (lowrise) that sold in $200ks that compete against PA Concord and other King George units.

Recent Park Boulevard (also Concord) one bed is in $750/ft
