"Recent" is a relative term but compared to the Middle ages, the 1930s are pretty "recent". But, hey, it's your thread and you can have it your way as long as you say what your way is. I'm gone because I have no interest in 10 year old McMansions.

I realize that people can disagree on the meaning of "New Buildings" as the term is used in the title, but I don't think that many people would consider 80+ year old buildings to be "new"
