Wow this thread reached an even 100 pages. I doubt it will reach 101 before being moved to completed.
The tower crane has been down for a full year. Interior build out must be taking some extra time.
Love this building, and its location.

^ Just for that, I'm going to post miscellaneous comments until we hit 101.

So how does the bridge to the University Club work -- does the club uses Legacy's gym or vice versa? Or are they merged into one multifaceted facility?

Some of both, Legacy owners can become members of the club, as well as get room service and some other perks. The big thing that the club got in the Legacy was new squash courts.

I'm not sure when it started, but the grooves on the top south side are now lit at night. I saw it last night when I went for a run. I think it looks fantastic

^^^ Naw, that would just start to look cluttered. What we need is an even taller supertall between Trump and Aon center to reinforce the center "peak" in the skyline. I'm thinking the Mandarin Oriental site might be perfect. Its certainly big enough.

God Chicago is beautiful. The new lighting on Trump and Legacy really adds a lot of "spark" to the night scene.

The lobby is, oddly enough, in the Art Institute's building on the NE corner of Wabash and Monroe. They couldn't cut across the alley, but they wanted to make the entrance as close to Millennium Park as possible. So the entrance is on the Monroe side, near the middle of the block.

Wabash also feels a little sketchy at night (although better than it used to be). Monroe is a busy street at night for numerous reasons, so it feels much safer.
