I really enjoy that drive along Spadina Crescent
Another, but not as attractive drive, but more commonly used by Saskatonians is the Circle Drive Loop around the 'core neighbourhoods' of Saskatoon which encircles 100,000 of Saskatoon's 300,000 residents. It takes about half an hour to 45 minutes depending on rush hour traffic to drive the complete loop. Some of the extra 'redundant lanes' in video are to allow for the extra rush hour traffic to enter downtown. Saskatchewan's populations is 67% urban as compared to Alberta's 83% and Manitoba's 72% urban population
Enjoy the drive most Saskatoon people see at least part of everyday (FYI, the first 29 seconds of the video are of Calgary's Downtown & Deerfoot freeway)

Because so many of these videos feature frenetic millisecond shots flitting from one scene to another that end up being strobe-like, and the pretense of exuberant, irresistible urban abundance is a nauseating cliché already.

Is this a product of minute attention spans? Aren't these kinds of videos only stirring to the people who made them or are in them? I mean, what person not in Winnipeg seeing flashing images of the sort of boilerplate DJ event/grassroots art coop scenes replicated daily in a thousand other cities across the world is actually going to stop in their tracks and think "yeah, I should go to Winnipeg"?

They're just mementos for the people involved, right? They're meant to be understood as glorified Facebook postings, and my tremulously earnest befuddlement means I'm totally out to lunch. Right?
I think you will enjoy this:

It's actually quite enjoyable, runs for 11 days, and attracts many tourists as well as locals.

This was such a pleasant surprise. We stumbled upon it while wandering around the Just For Laughs festival a few years ago. Quit literally a 5 storey Wall of Sound.

Long time reader of SSP, first time poster.

With Montreal's 375th birthday coming up in 2017, I wanted to make something special for the city; something that captures what Montreal is to me and how outsiders see it. So I made a short film using only Tourist/Vlogger footage to show you all how amazing this place is.

Feel free to share it on social media or wherever else you want

https://youtu.be/IqImasCDTCQ

I can't figure out how to embed the video sorry

Great idea and very well done!

To embed, take IqImasCDTCQ and place youtube /youtube inside the brackets.

I really like this thread for urban posts
and your video Kriz really shows how amazing Montreal is
I just took the https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IqImasCDTCQ&feature=youtu.be
part of your link and put it in between "YOUTUBE" and "/YOUTUBE" with squared parenthesis around each

I really want to go back to stay at the same b+b, they truly made you feel at home.
