beautiful city. definitely looks alot more touristy and cleaned up than when i visited in 2010.

Wow ignorance is bliss, had never even heard of Cartagena before.

I have a great inkling to visit Colombia. Is it significantly safer than in the past? I hear it's cleaned up quite a bit and Venezuela is now the country with a huge crime problem.
