Is there any way I can get any of these as prints to blow up and make into a poster or canvas to put up in my rec room when I finish renovating it? I'd love to have one of the Manhattan prints they have at Ikea, but I'd rather have Ottawa or Toronto or Calgary, especially if they were in B/W like the ikea prints...

No problem at all. I had already posted it in the skyline thread but it quickly got buried by Toronto and Calgary shots.

You should have dropped by my place when you took that. Right in my neighbourhood! Though my house is not in the shot.

As always, nice for Ottawa to represent once in a while too.

I think it's quite a nice one - I don't think we have any other panos up with the view from the south. Was that taken from the roof of the Mackenzie building at Carleton?

It is certainly intresting, and I would bet on it being the new canal building...

I bumped it but it got buried again rather quickly by a comparison of Winnipeg and Jacksonville, FL and some requisite shots of The Bow. Anyway, thanks for the photo!

Thanks for the compliment! It was taken from the 7th floor (which i actually the 6th floor) of the new Canal Building. So Luker was bang on with his guess. I can gladly take some more photos from this location, and next time I go up Dunton Tower, there is a nice view from up there as well.

Again, not the best, but a different view for you all to look at.

Cheers!

Again, I really like it. Cool the way Ottawa almost looks like a forest with a few buildings sticking out. I'm having more trouble figuring out where exactly this one is taken from. Is it from the Royal Ottawa Hospital?
