Great shots Budyser

I wonder if those four concrete structures in alignment in the foreground of the excavation are foundations for the elevator shafts?

Yeah Gojiis is a local moncton based company that worked quick to saturate the market with locations and that tactic appears to have paid off as they are the only guys left in town now! That being said they have a quality product and have nice looking buildings so I have no issue with it

I wish Coldstone had done better. Great product priced a bit too high. Froyo is so overrated.

A couple of quick Dieppe updates:

1)- They are now finally working on the second floor of the Wingate Hotel. I have the feeling that the project will progress quickly from this point onwards.

2)- The structural steel for the new Mercedes dealership on Aviation Blvd is now going up.

Dieppe is possibly not just attempting to annex Painsec Junction. I was looking into it Greater Lakeburn is possibly also being annexed from 2270 Route 132 (Champlain St.)[going to TCH 2] Down to the large lot Behind 1968 Melanson Road, and comes down to Fox Creek then follows the property lines till 1,566 Melanson Road
Greater Lakeburn. Then ends by going south to Memramcook''s Town border.

It would add a large amount of land for Housing, Schools, Parks, and even commercial. With a plausibility of Industrial land.

There is going to be a meeting Monday September 12th to amend the lot zoning for PID 70622212, and 70622683 from Rural to Institutional.

So it's going to another step forward for the New Dieppe Blvd school.

Something caught my attention while reading the DieppeMag today.
It appears they have changed the exterior look of the new Wingate Hotel and
I think it looks a lot better than the original plan.

Also they started working on the third floor, but I don't have an updated photo.

I pointed out Yesterday about a meeting on the 12th of this Month for a Zoning amendment for lots PID 70622212, and 70622683 from Rural to Institutional, and now there is another Zoning amendment on that date for lots PID: 70622667, 70633675, 00924688, and 00924316 from "Land Reserved" to a mix of Residential, and Commercial. I smell an expansion in the City of Dieppe's future.

There where also talks of a new Residential neighborhood on Amirault, and another off Dover. Not sure if either are yet on the city's radar but I do like what I've heard so far. Since it seems to pull people away from Champlain to allow for a real downtown to be built, and new residents can move in closer to downtown.

According to the T&T, Fox Lands Developments has plans for a new residential neighbourhood on 70 acres along the east side of the new extension of Dieppe Blvd, around the new school currently under construction. there will also be commercial/retail on the land fronting on Dieppe Blvd. The residential component would be a mix of single family homes, duplexes, condos and apartment buildings.

There is a rezoning request currently in from of Dieppe city council for consideration.

I presume this is what Scarface was referring to on his preceding post.

Updated leasing plan for the Champlain Plaza in Dieppe.

1) - This confirms that Skyzone trampoline park will occupy units 13-16, with a floor space of over 23,000 sq ft.
2) - They still show Mary Brown's in unit 19, even though the windows of the unit remain papered over. I can only assume that the Mary Brown's continues to pay the lease while continuing to look for a new local franchisee.

In any even, Champlain Plaza is (at present) fully leased.

Mary Brown's was advertising for management and other positions on Facebook a few weeks ago for the Dieppe Location. They comment that they were planning on reopening soon.
