I like the Camelback weather cam. It's amazing that 2 years ago, the only tower in that view was the Westward Ho. Wonder what it will look like in 2020

^ I like that cam for including the new hospital tower as part of Downtown.

I've always thought a slew of high-rises going down McDowell from Central to Banner would have been a pretty good look for Phoenix instead of up Central. They would have been very visible running along I-10 and given Downtown a better feel for density when looking from a distance.

I'm wondering how far along the rumored 2nd tower of Banner is in development?

I heared from a source that all three towers WILL be built this cycle. Does anyone have any timeline when tower two will get started? Assumably after construction concludes and lease up begins at tower one.

I know a site plan review was posted a month or so ago for the 2nd tower. I think it's a few pages back. I imagine it will start as you stated above. If tower 3 goes, it will probably be a similar timeline. I think the develops said it would be about a 3 year timeline in 3 phases. So, it would match up with what they stated.

I know the second is 19. Anyone know if there is a planned height on the third?

What an incredible block this will be! So dense. I think it should help bring in more retail with all the new residents.

250' for the second tower and 150' foot for the 3rd...as the development stands.

so that would be like 10ish floors? What is Proxy 333, 4/5 stories? I supposed it makes for a nice scaling effect.

I with this company did more in Phoenix. They are QUICK! They seen a opportunity and more. Refreshing from all this other snails pace development.

The plan for the project was 30 stories 19 stories and 15 stories I think.

I could’be swore it was 30/25/19.

At the last Evans-Churchill meeting, the spokesperson or whoever representing the development mentioned the # of stories and that they want construction on the next tower to overlap with the current one without a pause in between. So hopefully, there will be a quick transition.

According to some of the earlier threads from 2017, those numbers are correct

The camera looking south has been down for a few days.

Has it topped out? On the other camera it looks like there's no more rebar sticking up.

The topside view looks like they have topped out. Rebar is bent outwardly instead of up, on the elevator shaft...... though i hope it does go 3 more up!!!

It is really starting to make a big impact on the skyline! I am excited to see the skyline in another year or two with the other projects under works.

Got a chance to walk around Downtown. Link is starting on the 29th floor. The rebar on the elevator should be at the max height of the tower. This should top out in about 3 weeks. Balcony railings are getting installed and the facade is up to about floor 18. Still no panels getting put on the parking garage sections. Tower looks big for being only about 320'.
