Agreed. I am a big fan of the coloring on west. Also, from what I can see, every week there seems to be more lights staying on in the upper floors so I'm assuming it is filling in nicely. I believe the biggest units face west and north, so I take it these new owners would hope that Grant Park 3 &4 never see the ground broken, but that isn't very likely now anyway.

I went by there yesterday, there aren't any visible holes in the building envelope and units on the lower floors have occupancy. It's now complete. I took some pictures, and may post them tonight.
