I like the idea of another meetup, too, but I think we may have a better chance of a good turnout in September or later. There are probably a lot of us booked up most weekends from now til August, I imagine.

I have no idea what's going on here. SSP is a forum where we casually discuss local development and exchange sarcasm, wit, and silly banter. I take no offence to Aylmer's picture, and would proudly join the people in the picture. Let's get back to the meet. I can't do Friday after all, and it sounds like a few of you can't, so let's shoot for some time in early July. When is everyone available?

Early July works best.

I think it's time for another meet! I'm thinking Mill St. again at the end of February.

I'm up for it. Except mill street is tough to get to on transit - and the walking sucks at this time of year.

Is there another place? Maybe that brew pub in 240 sparks? Although it does seem noisy every time I walk by.

Cool! The Three Brewers on Sparks you mentioned has nice views from the second floor, but it's bound to be a bit noisy. There's also Hull's Brasseurs du Temps (BDT) which is quite nice and only a few bus stops away from downtown.

I'd love to join. I'm sure you've all dreamed of hearing someone ramble about landscape architecture!

I'd be interested as well. I would agree it's not the best time of year for Mill St. We could also go to Biermarkt on Sparks.

I would love to... A weeknight might be easier as things are more quiet; a weekend might be tougher for me to join.

I've been on this site pretty much everyday for the past couple of years now, would be nice to actually meet some new people; especially those sharing the same interests as I do..

Did you peeps end up meeting last year? I haven't been out with SSP since the inaugural meeting at the Oak near U of O. Was that in '07 or so?

I'd be up for some discussion and beers. Weeknights (Thursday specifically) works best.

Might actually swing by this time around. Bier Market on a weeknight sounds good.
