Thank you! Yeah, I was a bit worried about how far behind spring may be in Cleveland compared to Philly. The green was all there (and so was the rain, unfortunately.) I was hoping the square would have been done by the time I went. Oh well. It will certainly be an improvement.

Thank you! Would you say it is underrated or forgotten? It certainly has the history to suggest that it wasn't always a bit of an afterthought for many Americans.

Good point. the view from the top of the Garfield Monument was quite good. The perfect perspective of the skyline, lake, and the ever-present forest that gives the city its moniker

Yeah, but is it more little Chicago or big Toledo?

yes - they could stay put if other tenants leave, but its looking like they may need a new hq after buying valspar. a new tower on public square would be great, especially with plans afoot to fill the warehouse district back in with apts and retail. here's something about it:

Brilliantly done ,thank you. Cleveland is such a classy city . The newer cities of the south and west just don't come close . Also let me note Cleveland has some high power Academic Medical Centers .

Thank you! I can't speak for all southern and western cities, but I quite enjoyed Phoenix a couple of months ago. For completely different reasons than Cleveland obviously.

I'm assuming Case Western is one such academic medical center? They had quite an impressive campus when I walked through.
