Welcome To Atlanta 1976/77

I picked up a book today at the thrift store called "Welcome: Atlanta 1976/77". It was sponsored by Northside Realty and apparently was intended for people moving to Atlanta.

The photo credits from the book are:
Photography: Fred Seymour
Photo Contributions: Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau, Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, Department of Industry and Trade, State of Georgia, New Orleans Tourist and Convention Bureau.

The imposing skyline of Atlanta

Peachtree Center

The tallest hotel in the world!

The lobby of the Peachtree Plaza features "floating islands."

Midtown goes vertical - The New Fairmont Colony Square Hotel

The High Museum of Art

The new Omni hotel features an indoor skating rink and the World of Sid and Marty Kroft.

The spectacular exterior of The Omni, Home of the Hawks and the Flames

Aunt's Fanny's Cabin: A Georgia institution for years.
