19th floor well underway. Developer Medallion Corp announced as first phase builder in SOHO hospital lands redevelopment.

Last residential floor is done. Mechanical penthouse is left and this building is raised.

Tower crane is now gone. Lower levels have finished drywall and fixtures now in.

Would expect the first tenants moved in by Christmas.
