BART workers get ridership bonus, even with fewer passengers

They already used part of the money from the last bond issue voters passed, intending it for capital projects, for pay and operating costs.

pretty soon we may have a clearer view of what's going on at this site in the Salesforce and Park Tower webcams, as it rises into view
