Think your right about Pizza Delicious...the Carondelet deal is close to global green but is actually a building that collapsed several years ago. BTW does anyone know what type of deal has a restaurant and fitness club in one? SOunds interesting! Also, this building is directly across the street from Wisznia's future Garage Development.
