Tower 4 is the one that sometimes disappears. It still blocks the view of tower 3.

This thing is so anonymous, I ride the Q over the Manhattan Bridge every day and I don't think I even noticed it going up! Comon WTC 2, you can do us proud! Kind of an odd assortment we've ended up with down there 16 years on.
