I think the blue is just protective plastic waiting to be removed at many places, unfortunately.

There do look to be different shades of blues under the plastic wrap -
just hard to tell what the pattern or shades actually are.

Something's truly wrong with how buildings are designed here if the protective plastic can actually look better than the final product.

I'm impressed with how the Canada line has been able to gentrify and energize a once seedy/dingy neighborhood!

Yeah these towers look great from YVR/the Arthur Liang Bridge. Much better than the Marine Gateway Towers.

^ I prefer the metal cladding and lack of spandrel on Marine Gateway. Northwest has turned out good though don't get me wrong. My pic taken today.
