There are 10 towers over 3 phases. But phase one is separated into 1A and 1B

Yeah i was a bit confused by the 1A and B, will they be released at the same time? Whats the timeline for the full buildout?

I hope it won't all be condos, this would be the perfect opportunity to add some much needed rental to Burnaby. I'm fine with it being built as a 'Towers in the park' development as we should know by now that retail podiums can always be added in the future. By the time phase 3 is being built they may already consider adding more around phase 1.

They might be marketing the condos in China as well. Many developers market their Richmond developments to rich folks overseas. For a lucrative development like this, it would not be surprising.

Haven't seen this posted anywhere but the third and fourth towers (Phase 1B) are moving forward. They will be taller than the first two at 55 & 45 floors respectively.

Phase 1A has towers of 42 & 47 floors.

Have they started construction for the 1st phase at all?

This is going to be a massive build.

Brentwood will be difficult to recognize in the next decade- Gilmore, the Mall site, and Concord.

Add to this a dozen one off developments around it, it will be an impressive cluster of towers.
