you're pushing it with 2SB Grol

just so everyone knows: 2SB now actually has it leads tenant in: PriceWaterhouseCoopers, we're just awaiting the signage spam (big void facing Eureka will be a massive PWC logo).

STill though, I remember 3 years ago thinking that it seemed like it was a long way off until the first one of the new big bitches was complete

Well I thought this was the last chance to get in on the list :-) Many people on here would have no idea what has been U/C in Melbourne. So U/C or completed in the last few weeks :-)

Freswater Place has been eclipsed by Eureka. That's unfair. It's quite a nice, tall building.
