Penn Station development slated for the Lanvale lot north of the historic headhouse. Massing has been approved and construction of the station expansion begins next summer

Excellent to hear. It's not perfect plan but it will be a huge improvement. The new tunnel will even have a larger impact.

A lot of developmental stars are alining in the cities. Construction in the station supposed to start this spring/summer

Agreed. Updated renders with the finalized terminal design with ground breaking slated for this Fall.
