Great shots of Greenville. Looks like you had some good times in a few of these places.

Indeed. You've covered a whole lotta ground this year! It was great to meet you at the Toronto meet this year -- I'm still shocked at our chance encounter at Union Station. Hope to see you again at future forum meets.

Ya know, there are places west of the Appalachians...

Never seen a few of those cities (Greensboro, Florence, and a few others). Always fun!

^ You mean like real cities and stuff? I don't believe it.

Hope to make it to the midwest again in the next couple of years. Got as far as the Quad cities 3 years ago. I've got pics of many places in the midwest, but I guess I need some new ones.

Ex-Ithacan, you're one up on me. I've got a goal to photograph all the buildings nominated in the ugliest skyscraper contest and I think this pair was in there.

Thanks for sharing the oddities.

HIMS, how can you call that classic styling ugly?

@ mthq - I didn't realize that I could still run. For that matter, I didn't realize that bums could run. Ahhhh, what a chase it was.

^ Those aren't all that ugly, just...uh, "institutional". Like public school architecture. Seriously, the style holds an uncanny resemblance to my high school.

Thanks for the tour, EX. So, EX, have you ever been to Texas?

^ Drove through once (from El Paso to Texarkana) back in '75 when I got out of the Navy and took a trip around the country. The problem was I'd visited a buddy in Vegas and came away with just enough money for gas and food and a quick trip back home in Ithaca. Even slept in the car. I didn't get any pics, or do any sightseeing.
I did go to San Antonio for a business conference back in the 80s. Had a good time and enjoyed the city.
I really have to get back to Texas some day.

It could just be the flashbacks of residence parties that makes me vomit in my mouth a little when I see them.
