I can't believe they STILL haven't finished the spire...what are they doing up there exactly? The London "Shard" might have a challenger for slowest to finish...

Maybe they read all the comments here in SSP about how it will be "just a good filler" by some, took things personal and decided to make some secret hidden modifications to suprise us all, lol...
