"Approximately 695ft."

https://planning.lacity.org/eir/nops/945_W_8thSt/IS.pdf

For reference, IM Pei's neighboring 777 Figueroa St. is 725ft., and (across the street) Metropolis's tallest tower is 647 ft.

Was hoping this project would be in the 750-800ft. range, but not bad.

Thank you for the update.

That one looks like a nice addition.

777 Figueroa was designed by Cesar Pelli.

I think a lot of people confuse the two...at least in name only.

Site Prep Underway for 64-Story Tower Next to Figat7th
https://urbanize.la/post/site-prep-u...-next-figat7th

Quote:
Marmol Radziner and LARGE Architecture are designing the tower, which has been given the address 960 W. 7th Street. It is portrayed as a slender high-rise building, featuring a rooftop observation deck, a podium-level pool deck, and other common open spaces. Architectural plans indicate that the building would stand nearly 695 feet in height when measured from 8th Street.
Does the address need to be changed?

Philadelphia already claimed this design a couple of years ago.
