I'd be curious to see the stat for all of Florida. Whole state is booming.

I'm pretty sure that after NY state, Florida is number two in terms of proposed/u-c/complete.

But yea S.Florida is on another level. Average of 30-40 condo towers going into the pipeline for Miami-Dade per month. Many over 150 ft. And that's just condos...

Just FYI, Oklahoma City has a 433 foot office tower that is under site prep. Has at least one other tower of 377 proposed/approved (up to 4) and a highrise hotel approved *but no hard proposal yet, a few other very close to 150' proposals as well.

OKC probably should be bolded in your list given the BOK Park Plaza 433 foot tower that very soon will be u/c and maybe increase the score a little bit.
