It looks skinnier depending on the angle you look at it. As you approach the thing it will slim down considerably:

I like what I see so far, I hope they keep the rooftop open as in the renderings. Although it could become a prime destination for laid off factory workers looking for an easy way out.

The only way to keep that tower shiny would be to hire an army of cleaners that continously battle the buildup of dirt from smog and pollution.
