It looks skinnier depending on the angle you look at it. As you approach the thing it will slim down considerably:

even at 15m this balustrade would be too small^^ but i like the idea of the open air space.

I like what I see so far, I hope they keep the rooftop open as in the renderings. Although it could become a prime destination for laid off factory workers looking for an easy way out.

Has it been confirmed they will paint the columns? Seems excessive/ not worth it.

The only way to keep that tower shiny would be to hire an army of cleaners that continously battle the buildup of dirt from smog and pollution.
