By the looks of that last pic, I'm guessing sometime in the late 60s- One Penn is nowhere to be seen, neither is 1345 6th Avenue or the XYZ buildings.

I see the General Motors Building topped-out and half-way clad. I will guess it's from 1967.

Thanks NYguy those are great pics of "The King of All Buildings". Just one question I have is the tip of the antenna 1,472 or 1,454 to tip? I know that with out the antenna it is 1,250 feet.

It was reverted to 1,454 ft the last time.
They are currently upgrading again, don't know if it will remain the same.
