Today, via the construction camera, was the first day in a long time that I saw the excavator actually working. Unfortunately there has not been any material removed from the site.
It amazes me that they are willing to shut down the site for almost a month to wait for it to dry out instead of using pumps and crushed aggregate to create a working area just like was is done on almost every other construction site.
